ThyssenKrupp Uhde acquires E&P Global Limited in the United Kingdom

ThyssenKrupp Uhde is strengthening its capabilities in the global oil&gas business through the acquisition of E&P Global Limited and its subsidiaries Energy and Power Consultants Limited in London and Energy and Power Limited in Baglan Energy Park, South Wales. The newly acquired company headquartered in London will serve as the central hub for all engineering and consulting activities in the global oil &gas business for ThyssenKrupp Uhde. Energy and Power was established in the year 2000 by experienced industry professionals and will bring to ThyssenKrupp Uhde a professional engineering consultancy with clients worldwide in the oil and gas and energy industries.
