Another large order for Atreus
5x43 metres in Record Time

May 7, 2014 + + + A globally leading petrochemicals group tasked Atreus with a large project: the planning, production, delivery and installation of five aluminium domes including internal floating roofs. The structures all have a diameter of 43 metres each. These imposing roofs are to be used in a tank terminal in Zagreb that was expanded recently. They were manufactured in the latest, state-of-the-art Atreus production facility in Turkey. The aluminium structures were then brought to Zagreb in 15 full truckloads. A period of just 60 days passed from the time of delivery up to acceptance by the customer. Thanks to the 100% prefabrication, the installation period of the aluminium parts was shortened to a very significant extent. Moreover, an Atreus supervisor monitored all the activities at the construction site.

Thanks to the close cooperation of the Atreus team with the local installation companies and the customer, the new construction was completed in record time.
