fieldbus for every application
TURCK
PA offers a complete line of products to implement a consistent
installation concept throughout a plant. These products include: - premolded busstop® connection cables available in a wide range of length that are PROFIBUS-PA and FOUNDATIONfieldbus compliant - Junction modules rated IP 67 and fully encapsulated in die-cast aluminium, plastic or stainless steel housing - Junction modules with short-cirduit protection to safeguard the bus line and ensure reliable operation of drop lines in the event of a failure that feature dual color LEDs to indicate a short-circuit for every individual drop. - a complete line of analog/HART process wiring solutions including junction boxes, connectors, and shielded cabling to withstand electromagnetic interferences
The
new IM series interface, with its slim 18 mm housing combines the most
advanced technology with a compact housing design. Ranging from 2 channel
amplifiers, HART isolating transducers with 2 channels and full galvanic
isolation to universal temperature converters, this series provides a wide
range of functions neccessary for measurement and controle applications.
TURCK
PA busstop DeviceNet and Profibus DP I/0 stations are designed for rough
industrial applications. I/0 stations concentrate up to 16 standard
sensors or actuators to provide diagnostics for each I/0 point. Many I/0
configurations are available and feature galvanic isolation. ASI-interface
is a 2-wire bus that carries data and power for devices in relatively
simple networks when the features of a more expensive bus are not required.

Low-cost
hardware, easy installation and simplified planning and documentation are
all hallmarks of this versatile and flexible product. By combining excom®
technology with the vast experience in all fields of process automation,
TURCK PA maximize the safety of system installations. excom’®s
intrinsically safe system interface to Profibus DP features a transmission
rate of 1,5 mBaud, V1 functionality and 128 binary/64 intrinsically safe
analog channels can be transferred via a single bus address. All
parameters can be adjusted and configured on-line and the system allows
the transfer of HART parametrerization directly from the field device to
the process control system. The
high frequency power supply of the excom®
system is another of TURCK’s innovations providing four time more power
than other similar products. High

For
FOUNDATIONfieldbus and PROFIBUS-PA products, TURCK PA employs the highest
quality standards to ensure all manufactured products feature the most
advanced plug-and-play technology to meet the particular requirements of
their intended process industry in every respect. Juctions, matching
cables, connectors, terminating resistors and tees are suitable for use in
the plant environment or direct mounting on equipment. 
Multicannel
devices or microprocessor-controlled signal processors with display
indictions and menue-guided setup are incorporated in housings that are
only 27 mm wide and feature user-friendly removable terminal blocks to
simplify device installation.
TURCK
PA sets worldwide standards for safety with their extremely compact excom®
remote I/0 system for hazardous areas. Incorporating redundant power
supplies and gateways, field devices may now be connected directly in
class 1 DIV 1 area. System and line redundancy ensure reliable power and
data transfer and all excom modules including the power supply and
gateways may be exchanged „hot swapping“ during operation.

PA provides sensing product solutions for the highest standards in safety
and technology. Offering outstanding performance, reliability and quality,
special sensors such as intrinsically safe inductive dual sensors for
positions detection of rotary actuators are an excellent example of TURCK
PAs application expertise. These devices with terminal chamber and valve
control functionality for the process industries are simple to mount and
save on valuable installation time. TURCK PA offers a wide range of
intrinsically safe cylinder, rectangular and slot type sensors; check-back
indicators, and limit valve monitoring inductive sensors with NAMUR zone 1
approval.
