We are an innovative medium-sized group of companies specializing in the development, design, production and marketing of azimuthing propulsion and manoeuvring systems, as well as complete propulsion systems with power ratings of up to 30 MW for vessels of all sizes and types.

With a high level of investment in research and development, we optimize our existing products and implement innovative system solutions. The goal of these activities is to improve still further the efficiency and reliability of all our propulsion and manoeuvring systems – for the benefit of our customers. Thanks to close cooperation with shipowners, yards, consultants and internationally renowned independent research establishments, we have been able to achieve this goal consistently.


SCHOTTEL Rudderpropellers (SRP) are combined propulsion and steering systems rated at up to 6000 kW, which convert the engine power into optimum thrust.
