MagnoSurveyor (Multi-Diameter Pipeline Tool), is a new eXtra High Resolution (XHR) magnetic flux tool which is capable to negotiate a 50 percent diameter change, from 28 to 42 inch diameter.
The XHR technology provides a significantly improved confidence level, compared to conventional magnetic flux tools. Other size configuration tools, outside the 28/42 inch range, may be available.

"28" - 42" MagnoBull cleaning and service tools were especially designed to reliably remove any ferritic particles such as welding rods, rust and ferritc dust. The tool train consists of a very strong towing unit combined with a magnet carrier that may well be considered as strongest in class. Several other applications such as gauge plates and proving indicators can be attached to the tool individually.

The CalSurveyor is a rugged and proven electronic caliper tool. Multiple mechanical fingers are deflected by any changes to the cross-section of the pipe inspected. These deflections are recorded. Dents and other diameter changes can be detected and sized reliably and accurately.

The OptoSurveyor, is a compact, highly efficient, in-line-inspection tool designed for detailed  internal inspection of gas and condensate pipelines. The OptoSurveyor produces high resolution, three-dimensional images by line scan camera technique and laser illumination. The OptoSurveyor is capable to inspect the entire geometry of the pipe wall, up to 1000 km length in one run.

Synchronised images and profiles (3D data), from all parts of the pipe wall. Accurate 3D sizing of pipe features. Contact-less technology. Direct (absolute) size measurements, with very high accuracy independent of pipe material. Results can be displayed shortly after a run and the data are easy to interpret – “..what you see, is what you have…”.
