VIBNODE is the new online
monitoring system by PRÜFTECHNIK AG that supports precisely this strategy without being overly complex or burdened with unnecessary
features and functions. With its low up-front cost and modular structure
that can be extended as required, VIBNODE is the ideal entrylevel solution. VIBNODE records the overall condition of a machine and in
addition watches over individual components by monitoring the specific
damage frequencies in a narrow frequency band. In variable speed machines
it even uses tracked frequency bands. If a threshold value is exceeded,
the operator is informed via the company network, eMail or SMS, and the
FFT spectra are recorded for
purposes of damage diagnosis. VIBNODE runs fully independently and can be
operated without a PC. For analyses and storage, the collected data are
transferred over the compa-ny network to the OWITREND PC software, a
