Prognost Systems GmbH:  New projects and references


TOTAL Milford Haven | Great Britain

Thanks to a measurably positive experience with PROGNOST® Systems in France and the Netherlands, TOTAL U.K. has also decided to use PROGNOST®-NT. The Milford Haven refinery will install PROGNOST systems on two three-throw DRESSER reciprocating compressors.

 

13th PROGNOST installation for TOTAL goes to Mitteldeutschland Refinery

At the TOTAL Leuna site, PROGNOST Systems is to install the 13th Asset Performance Management System for the TOTAL enterprise. The Mitteldeutschland Refinery runs one ZM-Borsig compressors in the desulphurization process. This compressors proofed to be very maintenance-intensive during the last years.

TOTAL: The world's fourth-largest oil and gas company and chemicals manufacturer, operates in more than 130 countries and has over 111,000 employees. TOTAL is Europe's leading refiner-marketer with nterests in 28 refineries in Europe,  the United States, the French West Indies, Africa and China.

 

 

 

ExxonMobil Production GmbH ordered PROGNOST-NT for four new NEA-compressors

Natural gas production is a a major business for ExxonMobil. For this reason, the subsidiary ExxonMobil Production concentrates on this business area exclusively. "Voigtei" is a site in the northern region of Germany that shall be expanded with four new NEA compressors. These compressors are redundand but shall be analyzed from their first operatinh hour on. The Germany based company Cegelec ordered the PROGNOST-NT systems.

Cegelec is an integrator of technological solutions and services. The company designs, installs and maintains systems and sub-systems in industry, infrastructures and the service sector.

 

Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH

Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH runs two NEA compressors on its Rheinland Refinery site. Both are four throw machines in the de-sulphurization process. PROGNOST-NT Asset Performance Management systems will be installed in the first month of this year.

The joint plants Godorf and Wesseling are the some of the largest in Germany. Their annual capacity of processed crude oil is 16 million tons and another 1.5 tons of chemical feedstock

 

Follow up-order from REPSOL YPF

The spanish-argentinean joint venture ordered a PROGNOST-NT for a Peter Brotherhood compressor. The two-crank machine is located in the Cartagena Refinery.
This order is the second after the initial installation at the Puertollano site.

The Cartegena Industrial Complex was the first complex in the peninsula.  It has a processing capacity of five million tonnes annually and consists of two main areas; one for the production of fuels and the other for the production of lubricant bases, asphalts, paraffins and aromatic oils. 

First LNG project in Spain for PROGNOST Systems

Bahía de Bizcaia Electricidad (BBE) and the regasification site Bahía de Bizcaia Gas (BBG) are located in Bilbao and belong to the kindom of Spain. The LNG-regasification process is run with two Burckhardt Compression LABY-compressors. which shall be equipped with PROGNOST-NT.

Bahía de Bizkaia Gas (BBG),regasifies liquefied natural gas imported in gas tankers. With a final investment of 264 million euros, Bahía de Bizkaia Gas took 30 months to build and came into service in August 2003. The terminal has a gas output capacity of 800,000 m3 (n) per hour. The arrival of the first gas tanker, the British Innovator, took place on 8 August 2003.
