ROSE Ex control enclosures Ex-CS box – 
breakproof plastic enclosures for control stations

The new enclosure range Ex CS box offers a wide variety to users for mounting of switches and push buttons within the Ex area..

The new polyamide enclosures of ROSE Systemtechnik are available with 1 - 5 lid openings for control equipment Ø 22.5 mm or alternatively with closed lid. 

In the base two cable gland openings (M16 and M20) are available on each front side of the enclosures. The at the side recessed base units allow the assembler an easy wiring of the contact elements. 

The construction of the enclosures allow the fitting of lid mounted and base mountedcontrol contact elements – switches, pushbuttons, pilote lamps. For base mounted contact elements there are available special DIN rails and adaptation plates.

The enclosure series have been ATEX and IECEx approved. Further approvals will be under way.


ROSE ProtEx – 
Stainless steel flange enclosures for Ex junction box and control station application.

In 3 enclosure dimensions ROSE Systemtechnik offers a new stainless steel enclosure series for all Ex applications: ROSE ProtEx. 

ROSE ProtEx range covers 12 enclosures with dimensions from 260x260x205 mm to 980x720x205 mm. Optional there are available individual sizes. 
Highlight of the new enclosure series:
- premium stainless steel material 1.4404/316L 
- electropolished surface 
- welded external brackets 
- lid with put up hinge starting from 740x550x205 mm 
- inside threaded sleeves for the admission of mounting plates and C-rails 
- standard 1 flange, optionally expandable upto 4 pcs.

As accessories there are available 
- document bag, rain roof, individual painting finishes.
ATEX and IECEx approved, further under preparation. 


ROSE Ex Combibox -
polyester junction boxes and control stations for Ex applications 

In 3 dimensions ROSE Systemtechnik introduces with the range Ex Combibox a new polyester enclosure series for applications in all EX areas.

Ex Combibox is characterized external by a modern design with bevelled edges in the enclosure lid. Semi open screw shafts permit an easy handling with wall or machine mounting. Mounting plates can directly be fixed with screws at the bottom of the enclosure or can mounted in different heights by special fixing elements . 

Ex Combibox can be used for two level fitting by using special mounting frames in 
different height positions. With connecting flanges two or more enclosures can connected with a high ingress protection. Combibox is available with dimensions 177 x 177 x 145 mm, 360 x 177 x 145 mm and 360 x 360 x 145 mm. The enclosure series has been ATEX and IECEx approved. Further approvals will be under way.
