TotalSealCare™ - EagleBurgmann's comprehensive seal service in seven modules

Increased plant availability, reduction of downtimes, minimization of costs and improved reliability – EagleBurgmann provides comprehensive solutions for these important factors, not only with its proven and reliable products, but also with a sophisticated service concept. TotalSealCare™ stands for a specialist seal service which is divided up into seven modules and which ranges from complete maintenance of all installed seals to stock management right through to engineering, training and electronic documentation. The modules can be individually combined. With its TotalSealCare® seal service the EagleBurgmann Group is emphasizing its strong customer focus and offering tailor-made services for every task.

TotalSealCare™ modules at a glance:

Consulting & Engineering: From plant analysis to standardization right through to new seal designs for every type of plant and every industry. These services provide transparency and the basis for decision-making.

Maintenance: In addition to servicing, installation, reconditioning or overhauling, this module also includes repairs of seals and supply systems up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

On-site Service: The on-site seal service offers an overhaul service, retrofitting (TA Luft-compliance) and the mobile service workshop. In the case of larger maintenance projects or plant overhauls, the specially equipped EagleBurgmann service workshop is located directly on the production site.

Stock Management: A tailor-made stock concept is developed for complete seals and spare parts, and stocking-up and customer-specific stockholding is optimized, all done jointly with the customer.

Seminars & Training: Correct sealing has to be learnt. Under the motto "From practical experience for practical application", the Seminars & Training module offers customers a comprehensive program which is always in line with current developments. 

Technical Analysis & Support: Failure and damage analyses, diagnoses such as, for example, leakage testing and application trials demonstrate malfunctions of parts and components and lead to process-oriented, constructive solutions. The aim of these is always to increase the service lives of the operator's rotating equipment.

Service Agreements: Each one is different. The various modules are put together in accordance with the requirements and wishes of the customer in order to form an optimum service package.

With over 250 locations and more than 120 service centers, EagleBurgmann is always on hand to assist customers with its competent sealing know-how, when required, no matter where in the world they are located.
